There are some costumes and characters at Wizard World that will just blow you away. Here are my top 8 favorites at this years convention. Some of these are not perfect or accurate, however, they are a sampling of what I think are the ones that make you say “That is Awesome”.

- Number 1 – Dancing Groot (This girl got into her character and was the only cosplayer dressed as the dancing version of Groot)

- Number 2 – Gamora and Rocket (I love when families dress up together)

- Number 3 – Jack Sparrow (This guy doesn’t break character all weekend. Amazing.)

- Number 4 – Lobo (Looks the part and plays the character)

- Number 5 – Meteor Man (I have never seen this costume before, but I loved this movie as a kid)

- Number 6 – Colonel Stars and Stripes (This guy looks just like the colonel even up close)

- Number 7 – Hellboy (Looked the part of a hulking hellboy)

- Number 8 – The Joker (this guy never broke character and even tried to creep on me as I walked away. Love it.)

- Honorable Mention – Iron Thor (Great suit construction. Tony Stark would be proud)
